Job Description:

• Design MDM hub, configuration & processing
• Proposes data source matching strategies that will be leveraged during the linking phase of the data mastering process
• Identifies source trust factors that will contribute to the establishment of a single “best” representation for Individual/Member mastered attributes
• Guidance on Operating Model needs in support of the MDM Platform
• Describes technical infrastructure necessary to provide the Master Data Management Solution for Individual/Member Provider
• Creates logical data flows from sources through to Individual/Member Mart and Member Sales & Retention analytics
• Detail  data integration requirements across the Platform, including batch and real-time interactions

Required Skills and Experience:

• MDM solution architecture 
• Implementation experience with either IBM MDM or Informatica MDM
• Experience with DW architecture
• Well versed with MDM architecture, data governance and data integration capabilities necessary for the effective implementation of the solution
• Understands how governance fits within MDM processes
• Health Care experience with understanding of Individual/Member domains

Description

We are looking for a strong Application Developer in our Tampa, FL office to participates in and assists with the development of application and business integration solutions to provide business solutions to customers.  This role helps create interfaces with external carriers/customers and provides some system support once in production. 

 

Accountabilities:

• Assists with the development, maintenance and integration of applications and systems that support the EB Gateway operations.
• Responsible for having a working knowledge of one or more programming languages used to develop, maintain, and execute systems
• Responsible for understanding various approaches and assisting with designing of enhancements for business operations.
• Responsible for assisting with development, testing, and debugging of application/systems.
• Responsible for having an understanding of the supported business area(s) and possessing an awareness of related business objectives and challenges.
• Responsible for complying with all Company Information Services policies and standards.
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate security and privacy measures are implemented on technology solutions to protect Company data from intentional or accidental misuse.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years SQL Server experience required
• Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS
• Experience with development and transmitting EDI (Electronic Data Interchanges) interface files (834 eligibility files) via secured FTP required
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in assignments
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and business requirements
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities
• Strong customer relations skills (with all levels of internal and external customers)
   
• Bachelors Degree in related system and/or business related field of study (or equivalent work experience)

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Financial Service's business processes
• Experience with HIPAA transactions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
