LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to help our internal Talent Acquisition organization leverage technology to hire the world’s best talent for LinkedIn. As part of the HRIT Recruiting Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing HR applications, and will be a key technology partner and advisor to Recruiting, HR, and other teams across the company.
This role will be a liaison between internal customers/business owners, technical resources, and cross-functional partners, focused primarily on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruiting technologies. You will surface and clarify business and technical requirements, recommend technical solutions, lead application upgrades and enhancements, drive implementation, and provide overall application support.
In this role you will:
· Partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements
· Recommend technical solutions taking into account priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders
· Build and execute detailed implementation plans, including design, build, QA/test, deploy, & support components
· Support technical troubleshooting and escalations with vendors and technology partners
· Lead and support communication and training
· Formalize & document processes to create leverage and scale

Requirements
· 7+ years HR technology project implementation experience with demonstrated results in developing business requirements, deploying applicable technologies and business process re-engineering
· Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, workflows and measurement
· Highly independent; can own & drive substantial, complex tracks of work
· Strong collaborator; can engage and influence partners and stakeholders across the company
· Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments and creating clarity out of ambiguity
· Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with both technical and functional audiences
· Experience with product development / custom development strongly preferred
· Familiarity with US and Global data privacy laws and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
· BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, MA preferred

LinkedIn is looking for a Technical Project Manager to assist the Business Applications Team in coordinating projects for multiple tracks in all phases of the project development lifecycle (SDLC). Our TPM’s manage the full life cycle of technical projects and programs to deliver high quality services for our customers with predictability. They are comfortable working with both highly technical and non-technical disciplines to ensure that project inputs and requirements are transformed into appropriate outputs and results. They identify, manage, and mitigate risks, and create repeatable processes allowing scale and leverage.

Responsibilities

Process and Change Management

  • Designs and implements solutions to improve existing processes and tools
  • Promotes best practices and trains others on existing and new processes and tools across teams and department
  • Ensure all project artifacts (BRD’s, Design Docs, Test Plans, etc.) are completed and approved in a timely fashion, and are saved in the project’s central repository.
  • Assist in driving RFP, Proposal and Statement of Works review, on-boarding of new tools and vendors and also managing project budgets.

Planning & Execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology is required.
  • 7+ years project management experience leading projects of significant complexity.
  • Must have hands on implementation experience with at least one of the following Oracle R12 tracks OTC, RTR & PTP.
  • Experience planning, building, testing, and deploying Oracle applications required
  • Familiarity with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with OUM or AIM required.
  • Understanding of PMI Methodology.
  • Hands-on experience with project collaboration tools (AtTask, SharePoint, PPM and Google Sites).
  • Working understanding of MS Project.
  • Strong, proven communication skills (verbal and written)

  • 8+ years of experience in implementation, development, process re-engineering and support of Oracle EBS applications Suite mainly Oracle Financials which include all aspects of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Global Intercompany, Sub-Ledger Accounting, Cash Management, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Purchasing, EB Tax, Approvals Management, Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Self-service applications
  • 4+ years’ experience in delivery, deployment and support (on-shore and off-shore) for an Oracle ERP in a global company.

Reporting to the Manager of Video Collaboration Services, this position will be the senior technical lead for the Unified Collaboration Team.  In this role, the Senior Collaboration Engineer is responsible for leading the Collaboration Engineering Team as well as providing AV/Video Conferencing architecture, design, implementation and support of collaboration initiatives. This position requires the Senior Engineer to perform functions such as thought leadership, project leadership, team leadership, design plan creation, engineer leadership, installation methodology, troubleshooting methodology, test plan creation, support modeling, technology monitoring, metric reporting, design documentation, participating in and providing training and working with Unified Collaboration solution vendors.

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and Contribute to the Unified Video Collaboration and Communication Roadmap, Capabilities and Feature Development for the platform.
•    Provide expert consultation and oversight to our Audio/Video and Video Conferencing technicians, engineers, integrators/partners and employees on collaboration initiatives.
•    Lead the engineering efforts to develop forward looking technology standards, implement them with optimized efficiency and measuredly improving them continuously.
•    Strive for operational Excellence by providing Root Cause Fixes and Expert Problem Management for video conferencing and Audio Video field incident tickets and ensure the service is highly available with minimum down-time.
•    Automate video system moves, adds and changes in field to optimize operational excellence.
•    Lead and Participate in complex assignments as part of the Project Team for Global Build-Outs, Expansions and Service Growth.
•    Participate in projects as the Collaboration team’s SME and help incorporate the team’s vision and design concepts into projects to improve adoption, user experience and service excellence.

Qualifications:
•    7-10 years of direct experience with Video Conferencing/AV architecture, integration design, engineering, installation, support, change management, configuration management and continuous development.
•    Expert Experience with designing and deploying Polycom, LifeSize and Cisco/Tandberg Infrastructure, endpoint projects and immersive products.  Must be an expert in deploying, architecting, scaling, hardening and enhancing video infrastructure.
•    Expert Experience with configuring and deploying Video Applications such as CUCM, VCS, Codian, Cisco Capture Transform Share Platform, Microsoft Lync, and Video/Audio Streaming Technologies.
•    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
•    Excellent team building, coaching and leadership skills
•    Demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels
