Required Skills and Experience:

5 to 8 years experience in documenting requirements such as process flows, user requirements, functional requirement, User Interface mockups, user stories, and conceptual data diagrams
Experience in leading and facilitating session to deliver requirements to project teams (i.e. engineering, QA, training, etc.)
5 to 8 years of direct experience gathering and managing and consolidating requirements from cross functional groups
5 to 8 years experience working with QA and developers, especially as a liaison to subject matter experts, to identify and resolve functional issues highly desirable
Advanced to expert skills in process analysis using UML, IDEF or other methodology
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office application and Microsoft Visio
Excellent and proven written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
