Position Responsibilities IT Application Support Position Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in relevant field and capable of managing responsibilities independently. • Recent certifications from Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco are a plus. • Experience on multi tier domain environment, virtualization, clustered servers, SAN/NAS etc. • IIS 7 and 8 configuration and troubleshooting. • Experience in Citrix Xenapp and 6.5/7.5  is a plus • Excellent troubleshooting skills including low level Windows OS functions, authentication protocols and Network traffic analysis. • Time management and organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. • Availability for shift timings and occasional night and weekend support SunGard’s asset management solutions help institutional investors, hedge funds, private equity firms, fund administrators and securities transfer agents improve both investment decision-making and operational efficiency, while managing risk and increasing transparency.
