- Execute on provided design.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree level in computer science or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-5 years’ front end experience in a corporate environment, preferred
- Demonstrated working experience with modern web technologies including Single Page Application, HTML5, and Java, required
- Experience with AngularJS, knockout, dojo, or node, highly preferred
- Exposure and/or experience in formal software development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile Development, a plus
- Experience building Software-as-a-Service applications

Responsibilities
Our Software Engineers work on multiple projects developing web-based applications using Java and open source technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Struts, SQL, Web Services, Tomcat, Maven, etc.).
- Develop and maintain quality code, create unit tests, and fix bugs
- Create solutions across all layers of a web application from the UI to the database
- Design and document solutions in collaboration with team members, project management, and customers
- Research and provide recommendations for new technologies

We are currently engaged in a number of challenging client projects that require senior Java/J2EE developers and architects with strong fundamentals in software engineering and computer science to address challenging design and deployment problems. The client applications under development use advanced Java technology in the web development space. - Understand the challenges around developing a short-term vs. long term front office solution with the ability to transition from one to the other with limited loss of developed functionality
- Experience in creating business and/or technical requirements for CRM, Launchpads and Advisor Workstations
- Familiarity with Advisor tools and technology and Familiarity with CRM integrations in a Broker/Dealer environment
