Job Description:
  • Coordinate work streams
  • Create BRDs
  • Talk to Advisors
  • Develop requirements, data mapping proof of concept
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with the design and utilization of CRM application for front office or financial advisor requirements
  • Experience working for wealth management organizations
  • Senior business expertise in the creation of an advisor workstation, understanding the primary value in functionality or services that drive advisor adoption
  • Understand the challenges around developing a short-term vs. long term front office solution with the ability to transition from one to the other with limited loss of developed functionality
  • Experience in creating business and/or technical requirements for CRM, Launchpads and Advisor Workstations
  • Familiarity with Advisor tools and technology and Familiarity with CRM integrations in a Broker/Dealer environment
  • Work with the work streams
  • CRM Depth, client facing
  • Front end desktop
  • Demonstrated depth in defining and documenting business requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Front Office / Advisor based needs and solutions
  • Strong experience and knowledge of CRM solutions such as SFDC
