Job Description:

Support the Data Governance and Commercial PMO definition and deployment within Commercial Operations
Define the structure
Mentor client management and drive/institute change associated with the deployment with a new operating model

Required Skills and Experience:

Must haves:

Seasoned PM’s who have developed and implemented processes for ideally a PMO
Able to define training materials and potentially conduct training
Strong understanding of how PM framework relates to SDLC
Out of the box problem solver
Strong communications and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Ability to leverage experience to build model that is simple and effective
Experience with PPM from a resource planning perspective and some organizational design

Nice to haves:

Work with development to design and incorporate entry points and instrumentation in the code for testing frameworks to use.
Monitor, investigate and identify problems with production components, processes, and data; help development diagnose and test fixes.

Requirements:

Good working knowledge of java
Extensive experience scripting tests for backend systems and databases
Strong communication and documentation skills
Flexible, able to shift priorities quickly, “do what needs to be done” attitude
Good working knowledge of Python or Ruby
Working knowledge of SQL, MySQL or equivalent db systems
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction

Job Description:

Next Jump is looking for full-stack web developers to work in a number of different technical roles. We screen for a wide array of skills from back-end to front-end, as requirements for specific roles vary and you will move from project to project. Being adaptable is a must, and business and problem-solving skills are a big plus. We're looking to get the smartest people on the bus - if we like you, we'll find you a seat!

Requirements:

Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, as well as familiarity with cross-browser optimization
Experience with one or more web-scripting languages (PHP, Go, Ruby, Node.js). Next Jump primarily develops in PHP
Experience with relational databases and other data stores. Next Jump uses msSQL and Redis
Full-stack skill set. You will be expected to work on projects from the design and planning phases through several rounds of coding and testing, until it is completed.
Pursuing BS or MS degree in CS, HCI, IS or related field

Preferred:

Proficiency with one or more code editors or IDEs. Most commonly used at Next Jump are SublimeText, Eclipse, and Vim
Experience with one or more MVC frameworks. Next Jump uses Zend, an MVC framework for PHP
Experience with mobile website optimization and responsive design
Experience with revision controls systems like SVN
