FactSet’s StreetAccount team is seeking a motivated software engineer with a diverse skill set.  Our StreetAccount Team’s responsibilities include web-based real-time content delivery, APIs, and GUI applications.

In this role you will join the team of engineers through the entire life-cycle of software development. You will also work with other organizations, inside and out, to define APIs and formats for exchanging data.
An important initiative for this team will be to complete integration of single-sign on for FactSet’s web properties. You will be working with 5 other teams within FactSet on this exciting new project.
This position is a hands-on role. Although you will be required to do some project management, most of your time will be spent directly contributing to the web properties.
Requirements:                                                                         
+      B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience
+      Strong OOP experience
+      Excellent communication skills
+      Excellent organizational skills
+      Deep knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML
+      An understanding of client-server, web, and distributed architectures

Highly Desired Skills:
+      .NET, MS SQL Server, JQuery, networking, algorithms, and data structures.
+      Knowledge of software and systems security
+      Interest in learning new technologies and a specific interest in web technologies
+      Ability to work independently and within a group
+      Attention to detail along with the ability to see the big picture
+      Ability to manage projects
+      Ability to work on multiple tasks with shifting priorities
