Job Description:

• Supports the business analysis workstream and activities
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates workshops, as necessary, with Data and Business Users
• Responsible for the functional design of the Reports
• Supports the test planning activities
• Develops business analysis work products and deliverables  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of P&C Insurance experience
• Data Management, DW and BI experience
• Strong Business Analysis background
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience driving requirements for ETL, reports and analytics
• Microsoft office Competencies, including VISIO
• Cognos experience hugely beneficial
• Experience with IBM Cognos Blueprint for Insurance preferred
• Consulting experience preferred
