Leads and manages a team of Business Systems Analysts and acts as a liaison between either a development group and an external client/vendor, or a development group and an internal business sponsor and/or other stakeholders. Responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the team including planning/scheduling, reviews, hiring, process management, and task delivery. Exhibits excellent leadership skills to improve group organization and delivery process. Responsible for the shaping and evolution of the Business Systems Analyst team, with a large focus on organizational management. Additionally, Responsible for communication and expectation management, both across internal development groups as well as to business stakeholders.
