Position Description 1, To ensure that team is based on Scrum values and practices; 2, As a team coach, ensure team is fully functional and productive, enable close cooperation across all roles and functions 3, to formulate a project plan to ensure the development process according to plan, organize Scrum related meetings. 4. Shield the team from external interferences and remove impediments 5. Effectively communicate with team members both in the same office and off-shore in a English language business environment Position Requirements 1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience in the software industry, at least 2 years’ experience in project management; 2, Familiar with Scrum methodologies and practices, preferably with experience in agile development; 3, Familiar with the .net development framework 4, Good communication and coordination; 5, holding CSM is preferred.
