Description

Collect, analyze, and deliver complex quantitative stock market data for U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Serve as quantitative market expert for assigned feeds. Analyze pricing and changes in financial markets to collect, certify, and disseminate stock exchange and contributed data. Apply mathematical and statistical data gathering and analysis techniques to compile and analyze data for hundreds of thousands of customers globally. Gather and document business requirements and perform research to create quantitative data sets for customers. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems covering multiple company networks and products. Work on multiple quantitative data project types including additions, mandatory day one changes, modifications, enhancements and removals for the entire Americas region. Work with product development teams to research, model, validate, and recommend quantitative structured solutions to deliver data and expand data dictionary content. Gather requirements from various business segments to create product specifications for developers and organize test cases. Participate in cross-departmental meetings and cross-train with other team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of technical/data analyst experience focusing on financial and stock market analysis. Experience with project management and systems analysis. Experience with production systems and data processing concepts. Experience reading and analyzing detailed technological documentation and performing testing tasks. Basic stock market knowledge required and experience with technical terms related to stock market activity as well as data processing terminologies.
