Position Description Demonstrated record of creating original design solutions on tight deadlines Self-motivated, a natural problem-solver, and a good communicator with a demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, both independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment Expert facility with design software, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator and HTML/CSS based page construction Solid understanding of practical benefits and limitations of Internet technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, mobile) The analyst/designer will provide leadership in concept development, creation of original UX artifacts Position Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience (Usability/UI design-development) Ability to propose customer experience and digital strategy for financial products Excellent understanding of user centric design methodology, usability engineering best practices and usability evaluation/testing Ability to research, understand UI/usability/technology implications, perform industry bench marking and competitor analysis, and articulate solutions. Expertise in creating high fidelity and low fidelity wireframes, HTML prototypes Expertise in MS Tools, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver Excellent understanding of Visual design, interaction design and HTML, HTML 5, CSS 3 integration/adoption Deep knowledge of mobile design principles, responsive design, native, Web, and Hybrid UI design guidelines Excellent communication and client facing skills HFI-CUA Certification is preferred SunGard’s asset management solutions help institutional investors, hedge funds, private equity firms, fund administrators and securities transfer agents improve both investment decision-making and operational efficiency, while managing risk and increasing transparency.
