Position Description • Create test plan • Develop, maintain, and execute manual test scripts. Maintain complete, detailed test results data. • Preparation of Test cases • Functional and system test execution including regression testing. • Reporting defect using test management tool. • Generate test reports indicating test scripts passed, failed, not run, including # defects created as a result of testing. • Continually build knowledge and proficiency in testing methodologies. • Keep abreast of changes in technology regarding application development / testing tools. • Should we able to debug using logs by giving solutions for the problems. Position Requirements • Strong Manual testing skills • Experience of 5-7 years in Omni product testing • Have worked on end-to-end product testing involving Omni for large complex implementations • Knowledge of retirement domain/Benefit administration a must. * Knowledge of Unix OR Mainframe based testing would be a plus. * Knowledge of Omni Script development would be an added advantage. • Able to create test plan and execute as per the test plan • Able to design test cases ensuring coverage • Has a knack of finding bugs through exploratory techniques • Exposure to web based systems testing • Create test report and publish them to stakeholders • Excellent communication skills  a must • Synergistic Team work • Excellent Operation Excellence • Problem resolving • Quick Learner • Ability to work in tight deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work with multiple teams • Good application orientation • Excellent analytical skills • Strong desire to learn • Highly proactive • Exposure to web services testing SunGard provides wealth and retirement administration solutions and services that help banks, trust companies, brokerage firms, insurance firms, retirement plan administrators and independent advisors acquire, service and grow their client relationships.
