WebDAM, a Shutterstock company, is seeking a
self-motivated and creative Senior Software Engineer to join our
high-spirited team in our San Francisco or San Mateo office. You
must be extremely independent and be able to take a project and run with
it. Our cloud-based product is utilized by some of the world’s largest
brands like Salesforce.com, Intel, New Balance, Elmer’s, University of
California and hundreds more. You will be an integral member of a small
development team, responsible for everything from system design to front
and back end development to release processes.

About the opportunity:
- Responsible for design and implementation of new features
- Actively works with marketing and sales team to develop product roadmap
- Ensures regular and smooth system upgrades
- Follows good software development practices: design patterns, peer review, unit testing, version control
- 3+ years experience with PHP, Linux, Mysql, JQuery, AJAX, Javascript, CSS
- 5+ years working in a production environment as part of a software team
- Strong skills in web design and usability required
- Extremely detailed oriented with a passion for developing new technologies
