Job Description :

Keeping track of the relationships with our data vendors is important to FacSet’s business goals. The Corporate Operations team helps accomplish this by creating tools to monitor and report on these interactions.
We are seeking an independent and creative person to fill the role of Software Engineer within the Information Systems department at FactSet Research Systems. The Information Systems department develops and maintains business systems that support all of our employees worldwide. An ideal candidate for this position has a proficient mix of technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Requirements :

+ BS or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent

+ 4+ years of experience in software development

+ Object-oriented programming expertise

+ Solid understanding of relational database design and development

Desired Skills:
+ Experience with MVC, C# and MS SQL

+ Able to work independent throughout the complete development lifecycle, from design to implementation

+ Provide excellent customer service, especially in addressing relevant technical and business problems

+ Willingness to learn and work with a variety of development tools and technologies
