Description

If you are a successful candidate, you will manage customer expectation and provide proper support service. You will also investigate technical issues from clients to find root cause of the problem and able to find workaround to the client. Identify the issue whether it's a software defect, if yes, then discuss with development teams and Product managers that own that component for the fix.Responsibilities
- Investigate technical client issues with the objective of providing first response and root cause analysis within defined service levels.
- Coordinate with other support groups, technical account teams, and business teams located in Manila, Geneva, Sydney, Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, Paris, and New York.
- Collaborate with Product managers, Development teams, and Quality Assurance teams globally both during and after the investigation process.
- Coordinate with client directly if there's an urgent issue that needs immediate attentions
- Provide 24x7 supports for Severity-1 issues.
- Proactively contribute technical knowledge and recommendations to both internal and external clients.

Qualifications
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Experience in Networking to be able to understand how data flow in the network.
- Experience in programming in any language to be able to debug and write sample code.
- Experience in Software Development or IT-related job.
- Ability to analyze information logically and systematically towards problem resolution.
- Ability to handle pressure and deal with urgency situation.
- Having service mind and high responsibility with commitment.
- Mature and Self-management with good attitude and able to work as part of a team.
- Eager to learn. Ability to study and research by self.
- Good communication skill.
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field
