Solutions collect data from various sources, transform the data, and store it for later reporting.Role and Responsibilities
-Work with customers to understand their requirements.
-Independently design, develop, implement, and support software solutions to meet customer requirements
-Integrate solutions with other internally developed solutions and off-the-shelf software products
-Make database design decisions in support of the software solution
-Perform software deployment activities
-Develop quality software solutions

Qualifications

Education and Experience
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of professional experience as a software engineer and experience building Microsoft technology-based applications
- Practical project and personnel management skills with respect to small/medium scale software projectsTechnologies
-Programming: Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications, basic Java web-app development
-Database: Microsoft Access (including database design)
-Server: IIS 7.x, Windows OS (2008 Server+)Other Skills
-Excellent English communication skills
-Excellent critical thinking and problem solving capability
-Take personal responsibility to impact results and deliver on commitments
-Ability to work independently
