The Senior Director, Team Member Engagement will focus solely on the needs of TSYS team members. Following the acquisition of netSpend, TSYS is approaching 10,000 team members globally. This leadership role will be a constant champion of “conquering complexity” on behalf of all TSYS Team members globally, while promoting the services and policies on behalf of the Operations team. The role will report into the Group Executive of Technical Services.
The following is a listing of roles and responsibilities of the Senior Director, Team Member Engagement:

· Service catalogue of devices, applications and other services for Team members
· Wireless access technologies
· Email services (Lotus Notes/Exchange)

· Virtual desktop (VDI) expansion and management
· Telecommunication services
o WEBEX,
o Mobile device management (iphones, iPads, new technology)
o Desktop/IP phones
o AT&T Telepresence technology management
o Teleconferencing services
o Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solutions
· Call center software, tools, and support
· Social media tools and techniques
· Equipment lifecycle management (procurement to destruction)
· Constant innovation of tools and services
· Vendor and contract management for all team member technology and services (e.g. Microsoft, Lenovo)
· Peripheral device support (printer, faxes, copiers, USB drives) – currently managed out of Chip Torbert’s team)

Summary of Job Function
Provides leadership to multiple teams for support and implementation of enterprise hardware and operating systems. Supports the development of individuals, teams and work initiatives. Manages job families to include system software developers and database administrators.
Essential Responsibilities
§ Supervisory responsibility over multiple team members performing skilled tasks. Team tasks may be highly specialized in nature in one or more functional areas. Provides direction and management for team member’s career growth and mastery of job responsibilities. Responsible for the development of multiple levels of management in the organization.
§ Provides tactical and strategic direction to support the growth and future technology advances to the benefit of the company. Manages a large multiple mainframe or applicable environment.
§ Oversees multiple teams to meet the goals of the division and company.
§ Interfaces with virtually all areas within the company and communicates with clients for planning and problem resolution.
§ Provides tactical technical direction for multiple highly complex datacenter infrastructures.
§ Oversees the budgeting and implementation of new technologies to improve availability and recoverability of client access to TSYS.
§ Provides leadership to multiple teams for support and implementation of enterprise hardware and operating systems.
§ Oversees the planning and management of a multi million dollar budget.
§ Available 24/7 for internal and external clients.

Education and/or Experience
Four year college degree and 12 or more years professional experience or 15 or more professional experience is required. At least three years management experience is required for leadership. Some appropriate TSYS experience is preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.

Problem: HP Printer not connecting to my laptop.
ReplyDeleteI had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me. I then decided to get professional help to solve my problem.
