Description | **Level (I or II) will be based on experience.** This position joins our Business Intelligence Center of Excellence. Technological advances have made data visualization more prevalent and powerful than ever before, increasing the importance of business intelligence. Tableau is a leader in making the data visualization process available to business users, leading directly to better understanding, insight and better business decisions. This position will partner with business units across the enterprise to help the business teams best leverage the tool and its capabilities. The role will include oversight of: • Train, mentor, consult and troubleshoot issues with Tableau User Community • Administer, manage upgrades and perform disaster recovery exercises for Tableau Server • Recommend best practices for dashboard design and functionality The role is highly visible in both technology and business and supports the key objectives of the executive management group to manage, maintain and leverage our data assets more effectively. Ideal candidates will have a broad understanding of the business of banking, the key data that drives banking organizations and the importance of Business Intelligence and Data Visualization. |
Requirements | Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years in Business Intelligence • 2+ years in Tableau Product Suite (including experience with v8.0) o Desktop o Reader o Server • End-to-End BI reporting solutions in Tableau (primarily) and other tools o Gather Requirements o Design / Development of Dashboards o Delivery / Maintenance / Support • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Performance Tuning / Optimization of Tableau solutions • Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple parallel streams of work • Prior financial services experience Preferred Qualifications • Passion and conviction. You have the ability to inspire passion in others. • Service minded. You deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence. • Strong presentation skills. You love the idea of sharing the Tableau story.
