As
an Associate in Technology, you will be working with a talented and
passionate team to design and develop innovative bespoke software
solutions for our clients using cutting edge languages and
methodologies.
· Organize and support client workshops and meetings
· Business and strategy analysis and development with a technical focus
· Project
management support with regards to project planning and coordination of
scope, risk, quality, budget and goal achievement
· Project reporting and reviewing
· Project team support including events and collaboration activities
· Software solution development and prototyping
· Processes compliance management and documentation management
· Quality assurance and delivery excellence management
· Unique
opportunity to travel to India for a 2 to 3 month training and
orientation program accompanied with other campus hires across North
America and Europe
What we are looking for:
· At
least a 3.25 GPA (or equivalent) Bachelor’s degree in a subject such as
Computer Science, Engineering, or another Information
Technology-focused discipline preferred
· Interest
in technology that has led you to gain exposure in programming
languages such as C++, SQL, Java, Visual Basic or .NET, and operating
systems such as Unix
· Keen
interest in business and technology and a desire to work with clients
to solve their business problems through technical solutions
· Project work experience in a team-based environment
· Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change, goal and solution oriented
· Customer focused and excellent client-facing capabilities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Openness to travel and work on client site
· Available to start full-time in July 2014
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
