Position Description NA Position Requirements Professional Requirements: - 2 to 5 years development in Core Java - Design patterns knowledge - Knowledge of REST and Web Services - Experience with JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 technologies - Knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases - Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus - Experience with Agile/Scrum software development is a plus Personal Requirements: - Curious, rigorous - Good analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills - Keen to learn and share knowledge - Service oriented - Interested in the financial industry - Good writing skills in French and English - Fluent professional English and French SunGard’s solutions for capital markets help banks, brokers/dealers and futures commission merchants increase the efficiency and transparency of securities and derivatives processing. They also provide accounting, securities financing, data management and tax reporting across multiple platforms, asset classes and markets. Banks and brokers trading futures and options need daily settlement data and risk arrays as early as possible from official sources. Creating new contracts setups can also take several hours, and the increased rate of new listings makes errors more likely. In addition, contract specifications change on a regular basis. The Fame Futures automated data delivery system provides Settlement data and Contract data to Post-Trade Derivatives (PTD) customers, helping firms accurately calculate open trade equity and margin requirements during their end-of-day processing. Today, PTD has three different legacy Fame Futures solutions. Sungard is putting together a team for the revamping and unification of its existing Fame Futures solutions. The new solution, which will become the new standard for the whole Post Trade Derivatives segment, will aim at providing better services for our clients, with new user interfaces, a more reliable delivery system, and the introduction of new types of data to our offer. This new solution will take advantage of recent technologies, such as HTML5, for all of its web based components, and use Java for the solution’s core.
