SunGard is growing! As such, we're looking for a Citrix Systems Engineer to join the Private Equity software & solutions area of our business. Citrix Systems Engineer -Design, Evaluate and setup of hardware and software required for cloud services environment. -Assist clients and employees on hardware or software installations and daily technical support -Documentation on hardware or software installation, network procedures and change management control procedures etc. -Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related field Strong administration skills on Hardware such as Dell and HP systems etc. -Strong administration skills on Software such as Windows Domains, IIS 7 installation and configuration, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop. - Citrix VPX Netscaler is a plus. -5+ years of experience in relevant field and capable of managing responsibilities independently. -Recent certifications from Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco are a plus. -Experience on multi-tier domain environment, virtualization, clustered servers, SAN/NAS etc. -IIS 7 configuration and troubleshooting. -Microsoft SSRS administration and configuration. -Excellent troubleshooting skills including low level Windows OS functions, authenticiation protocols and Network traffic analysis. -Time management and organizational skills -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. -Availability for shift timings and occasional night and weekend support.
