Position Responsibilities Developer will be part of a strong team creating large scale software applications in C# / .NET-based n-tier architecture. Position Requirements --Developer with strong OO design and architecture skills -- 3+ years hands-on Microsoft C# experience (middle tier or data tier) -- 1+ years of Microsoft MFC experience -- 2+ year experience with Microsoft Visual C++ -- 3+ years of strong Microsoft SQL Server experience -- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written -- Excellent trouble shooting skills -- Hands-on experience designing and developing high performing data intense multithreaded applications -- Hands-on experience with XML -- Hands-on experience with UML, unit testing frameworks, software development methodologies Plusses: -- Experience in SQL server profiling and database tuning. -- Experience in financial services -- Familiarity with FIX / SWIFT protocols -- Familiarity with messaging protocols (MQSeries, MSMQ, WebSphere) SunGard’s asset management solutions help institutional investors, hedge funds, private equity firms, fund administrators and securities transfer agents improve both investment decision-making and operational efficiency, while managing risk and increasing transparency.
