This position reports to the Director of TSM Operations and provides application support and management of the Distributed Architecture Application support team.
• Providing function leadership and staff management of a team dedicated to delivering application support for the Enterprise functions of the InvestOne application.
• Formalizing, centralizing and coordinating DA support team management functions
• Develop, implement and continuously improve an ITIL-based Service Delivery methodology
• Leading the integration and implementation of application support best practices throughout the Distributed Architecture support organization
• Leading high-visibility, business-critical DA support technology implementations and disaster recovery activities.
• Reporting and advising TSM Management on any changes affecting internal or external client support or project implementation

Essential Responsibilities
Include but not limited to the following:
• Day-to-day staff management of TSM DA support team members
• Performs team performance reviews, assessments and evaluations
• Plans and schedules team goals and milestones
• Hires and develops IT professionals
• Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals
• Manages strategic relationships with key CSC, DA Projects and DA team members
• Establish and maintain a centralized TSM DA project calendar
• Work with appropriate audit groups to ensure meeting compliance requirements such as SOX, SAS70, SSAE16 etc.
• Serve as 3rd-level technical escalation point for identifying and correcting root cause of TSM DA support-related issues
• Develops and maintains resource plans, maintains quality and focus, monitors, controls and manages end to end solution delivery process
• Influence decision makers to steer technical decisions and designs on issues
• Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution and senior leadership reporting
• Participate and contribute in problem resolution review panels
• Establish and implement proper closure and archiving of issues, service requests
• Establish and nurture a culture of Continuous Improvement -  streamlining and implementing improvements to ensure processes are scalable for growth and utilize resources in the most effective manner possible
• Coordinate information gathering and defines resources and schedules for DA support team work
• Adjust to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving techniques
• Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Identify, create, coordinate and document technical implementation plans and tasks
• Ensure thorough, timely, and consistent communication is disseminated to the appropriate teams, internally and externally
• Efficiently identifies and solves issues
