Job Description :
NLP/ML Technical Lead, FactSet Research Systems, Inc., New York, NY: Lead
a team of engineers that develop and maintain systems for processing
financial data, with a focus on natural language text analysis. Duties
will include: manage and lead engineers in local and remote locations;
develop and maintain the internal data system that supports FactSet
client needs; communicate project updates with stakeholders and run
project meetings.
Minimum
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or higher, or foreign equivalent in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field and at
least 2 years of related experience. Experience must include hands-on
experience programming with PERL (OOP & regular expression), Java,
Data Mining, Unix/Linux, advanced data structures and algorithms,
SQL/Database development, Natural Language Processing, and Machine
Learning. Must also have demonstrated knowledge of
financial/investment/ business terminology and strong problem-solving
skills. Must have experience leading a project with engineers in
multiple locations. This position qualifies for the internal FactSet
