Position Description Delivery & Quality Being a delivery  point of contact and escalation point for Systems support team (Windows, Virtualization, Unix, Databas, Risk & Compliance). Manage all escalations for the tech support function between 6PM EST and 6 AM EST Service delivery in line with MBO Process adherence  & Control Workload forecast Holiday / Vacation / ADHOC/ Planning, scheduling & availability Ensuring compliance by Security awareness Capturing meaningful metrics and producing periodic reporting Have controls in place to ensure no change violation and warning mechanism incase if there is any change/process violation Disaster Recovery Test planning, scheduling & Support Talent Engagement Setting up SMART goals and performance review Recruitment & Engagement Periodic Team meeting for two way communication Assisting team in planning time off and utilizing leaves to ensure work life balance Celebrations Appreciations Awards, Rewards Training & Development guidance Team management (Addressing Team members issues, concerns, providing feedback, mentoring , coaching, etc) Continuity & Improvement BCP –BIA, Documentation, meeting , session, reporting, etc Cross team / domain training, meeting & feedback Tools, techniques, automation Process  improvements (SOP, team Specific Documentation , KEDB ) & Operations excellence Value delivery (Scope, Coverage enhancement etc.) Stakeholder management Communication (Team , SGT, SCS, Enablers & Management ) CSAT Survey and consequent actions Meeting with local enablers & BHR Coordination Procurement management Periodic Ops review with Management Periodic status report Position Requirements Expertise knowledge in Cloud computing, Virtualization (VMware & vCloud), Windows, Unix System administration, patching, AV management  and system security Good understanding of  TCP/IP networking (switching, routing and network security) enterprise LAN & WAN Sound knowledge in Risk Management, BCP, DR & Information Security Exposure towards Database Administration (Oracle & SQL) SunGard Financial Systems provides mission-critical software and IT services to institutions in virtually every segment of the financial services industry.
