Prestar um atendimento de excelência ao cliente, entendendo, qualificando, reproduzindo e respondendo às situações relatadas de maneira eficaz. Ligar para o cliente, com objetivo de entender a situação, procurar na base de conhecimento a resposta e ajudar a alimentar a mesma, responder ao cliente em caso de dúvidas operacional, reproduzir a situação relatada no ambiente de apropriado, encaminhar para fabrica corrigir.

Requisitos:
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente.
- Ensino superior Cursando em Análise de Sistema ou cursos afins.
- Conhecimento em ambiente Windows e pacote Office.
- Conhecimentos em linguagem PL / SQL, banco de dados Oracle, desejável conhecimento nos sistemas MasterSAF DW.* Salário a combinar
