Position Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining all Windows environments for Relius ASP products.  Backup admin for Omni GBOP and Trust products. Must be highly motivated, a strong self-starter and an engineer with innovative, proven problem solving skills. The individual must be able to maintain professionalism when working with the development organization and the end users. Position Requirements • 3 or more years Windows experience. • 2 or more years Oracle and SQL Server Database experience. • Experience with SQLServer Database technologies. • Experience with Oracle Database technologies. • Experience with networking (routing, DNS, firewall rules, F5 load balance VIPs etc.). • Experience with Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012. • Experience with IIS, Terminal Services and be able to support applications hosted on these platforms. • Experience with Windows security. • Participate in 24x7 on call support rotation • Deploy and maintain WRA applications in production, pre-prod and test. • Assist in troubleshooting client related issues with function and access to the Relius ASP products. • Open technical cases with software vendors to resolve problems. • Work with engineers located locally and overseas. • Analytical problem-solving skills. • Diagnostic work to get to root cause of any issues. • Provide feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability. • Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models.
