VoIP Administrator Position Description This is a full-time VoIP Administrator position located at our Client Site in Fort Worth, TX. The VoIP Administrator will design, manage, and troubleshoot VoIP implementation for a large government customer. Will work as a part of a team so good attitude and team work are essential.
Position Requirements	VoIP Administrator Education, Experience and Skills Required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Four years experience Experience with CallManager 7.x or later; configuring VoIP phones in the CallManager and voicemail boxes in Unity; troubleshooting VoIP issues. (Ex. Registration problems, call problems, call quality problems, etc.). Knowledge of call flow from off-hook to the PSTN; how route patterns work. Desired Experience with Unity 7.x or later; MeetingPlace; Call Detail Records (CDR) . Active Secret Clearance. Only those candidates with an active security clearance will be considered.
