Position Description 1. Answer and Receive all Inbound calls , emails 2. Listen and analyze all queries 3. Generate / Create Tickets 4. Document the required information 5. Solve the problem or get the issue fixed and inform the caller/user. 6. Identify the problems quickly and precisely. 7. Handle queries and complaints of customers in a kind, professional and tactful manner 8. Answer all Voicemails, work and contact the user/caller 9. Assign the query to the next level if not within the scope. 10. Update and share all the information within the team 11. Follow the agreed pattern of escalation. 12. Finish the given tasks and activities as per the requirement Position Requirements Managing and maintaining the LMS as per standard practice. Create and manage User, Content, and Learning assets on the LMS. Maintain and manage the Learning Content management system (LCMS) Create and Upload SCORM & AICC courseware Maintaining standard operating procedures and process flows for the LMS. Create, generate and provide reports on a regular basis to stakeholders. Collaborate with Learning administrators to maintain various group requirements Conduct demos and trainings of the system as required SunGard Financial Systems provides mission-critical software and IT services to institutions in virtually every segment of the financial services industry.
