Position Description Position Responsibilities: • Monitor and analyze performance bottlenecks in a large Oracle database • Tune SQL queries for optimum performance • Tune database schema for optimum performance • Make architectural suggestions to improve overall application performance • Collaborate with application developers to implement specific performance changes. Position Requirements • Oracle PL/SQL Development • Strong skills in schema/query performance analysis and tuning in an Oracle 11g environment. • Strong knowledge of relational database architecture in both client/server and web application environments. • Team Foundation Services • Prefer knowledge of VB.NET, ASP.NET development environments. • Knowledge of Visual Studio performance profiler a plus.
