This person will lead an application development team delivering solutions with both custom developed applications and integrated software.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all technical aspects of design and project.
- Participate in requirements gathering, advise on technical issues and serve as top-tier technical support to the team and users
- Provide technical leadership, software development and guidance to team members
- Promote adoption of standards and process improvements across development activities including testing, version control, and code review
- Communicate and collaborate with all project team members to ensure high quality and timely delivery
- Work with the Director of Application Development to mange project/resource plans and schedules

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years software engineer/developer experience in a structured software development environment.
- Proven knowledge of C# and .Net framework (ASP.Net, Silverlight included)
- Experience in XML/XSD, web services SOAP/REST, WCF, web service security
- Solid understanding of full lifecycle development.
- Solid understanding of architecture of web applications and object oriented design.
- Experience in a lead software engineer role a plus
- Experience designing or architecting large-scale web applications with web services a plus.
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration a plus
- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) a plus
- Natural curiosity and willingness to expand technical skill set.
