- Utilizes advanced leadership and independent decision-making abilities on behalf of the analyst team to advance established business objectives.
- Ensures products, procedures and processes are in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
- Provides advanced technical expertise and support to solve escalated corporate and field issues; ensures that quality service is provided to internal and external customers.
- Ensures group and individual business plan objectives are met; provides sales and operations managers with regular status updates.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships within the company; utilizes networking and influence skills to accomplish group and individual goals.
- Regularly assesses key business indicators to proactively identify business risks/opportunities; communicates information to appropriate personnel.
- Assists the Product Analysis Manager with staff development by providing regular feedback on group and individual training needs.
- Develops detailed business requirements for projects including procedural changes, system requirements and impact to both operations and sales.
- Acts as project lead on cross functional projects.
Qualifications
AAS
degree (BA/BS preferred) and a minimum of (4) years experience (2 years
analyst experience) or the equivalent combination of education and
experience.
