TEAM NAME & DESCRIPTION:Flight Plan Manager (AS) - Your assignments in Flight Plan Manager may vary from manual testing of product and manual test scenarios preparation through writing test scenarios for manualautomated testing and participation in performanceintegration testing activities. On daily basis you will work with Jira and Greenhopper, as well as ALM. GTE/DEV Team is located in Krakow, Vienna and Dallas.

Sabre’s Flight Plan Manager and Dispatch Manager are solutions which are used by over 65 airlines all over the World including one of the biggest carriers like United Airlines, Jet Blue, West Jet, Air New Zealand, Cargolux, LOT Polish Airlines, Air China, China Eastern and many more. New employee will have a chance to participate in developing and maintaining high quality flight planning Sabre products which are currently leaders in flight planning software market in the World.
We are looking for
(Senior) Software Quality Engineer (location: Kraków, REQ no 00QD6)

DUTIES:
• Design, execute manual test scripts
• Documents and tracks product testing results.
• Supports other Team members with knowledge and experience
• Develops and executes software test plans.
• Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
• Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
• Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
• Assist in providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies to increase test coverage effectiveness as well as better resource

Technical skills required:
• Testing or/and Aviation background and experience required.
• Background in Computer Science would be a plus
• Pure science education highly desirable
• Experience in performance and integration testing would be a plus
• 5-8 years’ experience in planning, designing and executing manual or automated test procedures.
• Flight planning background would be a very valuable addition. Similarly experience in working as a flight dispatcher/assistant flight dispatcher. Alternately a flight planning course finished.
