We are currently looking for
Delphi Software Developer- Senior

Dispatch Manager is an interesting project written in Delphi.
Successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn flight planning, including fuel and route calculations.
You will also learn about dispatcher work and participate in technology investment projects.

Job description:
- develops, codes, tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity;
- works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them;
- resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements;
- demonstrates software and broad knowledge of technical solutions;
- designs and codes complex applications using advanced technology.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: B.S. degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years in Delphi programming or equivalent in Java, C# or C++ and a willing to convert

Technical skills:
• Excellent programming experience in Delphi or equivalent in Java (preferred), C#, C++ and a willing to convert;
• Excellent OOA/OOD, TDD, Simple design and Design pattern skills;
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills;
• Good knowledge of SQL – Oracle and MS SQL Server preferred;
• Good knowledge of generics;
• Knowledge of Delphi 2009+, C#, Java, C++, Pervasive, ActiveMQ, Maven, Ant, Subversion, ClearCase is a plus;
• Experience/knowledge of SCRUM is a plus.

Other skills:
• Good communication skills in English, written and verbal;
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts positively;
• Strong team player, able to work with distributed global teams;
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast pace environment;
• Results oriented;
• Flight planning knowledge is a big plus;
• SCRUM experience is a plus.
