Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Oracle 11i/R12 ERP Developer to join our ERP development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customizations and enhancements within Oracle E-Business Suite versions 11i and R12. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflows, and integration components, along with a good understanding of the functional aspects of Oracle ERP modules.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and support customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12 modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and others.

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports to meet business requirements.

Write and optimize PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

Develop and maintain Oracle Workflows and BI Publisher reports.

Perform data migration, interface development, and API integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle ERP applications.

Collaborate with functional business analysts and users to gather and analyze requirements.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Document technical designs, development processes, and changes.

Support upgrades and patching activities between Oracle 11i and R12 environments.

Stay current with Oracle ERP best practices, new features, and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12 development.

Strong expertise in Oracle Forms and Reports development.

Proficient in PL/SQL programming and database objects.

Experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and BI Publisher.

Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, HRMS, or others.

Experience in data migration tools like SQL*Loader, APIs, and interfaces.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Familiarity with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with Oracle ERP upgrade processes from 11i to R12 and code retrofits.

Preferred Qualifications:


Oracle E-Business Suite Developer Certification.

Experience with concurrent programs and interface development.

Partner with supply chain leadership (planning, procurement, inventory, order management, logistics, manufacturing) to understand business processes and pain points.

Required qualifications and experience


Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

6+ years’ experience implementing/supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules; 3+ years in a senior or lead analyst role preferred.

Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution industry

Experience in Oracle EBS 11i and R12

Deep functional expertise in at least four of the following: Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing/Procurement, WIP/BOM, Costing, WMS, ASCP/MRP.

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, demand planning, inventory management and fulfillment.

Hands-on experience producing functional designs, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.

Experience with integrations, familiarity with Oracle Adapter frameworks and middleware is a plus.

Ability to use Oracle SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.

Experience with Oracle EBS upgrade projects, patching and module enhancements is preferred.

Languages: English (advanced), Spanish (native).

Technical and soft skills


Technical: Oracle EBS modules. Oracle SQL, basic PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Apps knowledge, knowledge of reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI) is a plus, data conversion and integration approaches.

In addition to being an important part of Lakeflow and Data Engineering, Connect is also a key platform capability. Every surface in Databricks (Dashboards, Notebooks, SQL, AI) requires ingestion capabilities and the lead for this role will need to work closely with other products to embed Connect into these surfaces.


We are looking for engineers with experience in core Database internals to join our Lakeflow Connect team. A key part of Connect is to extract data from OLTP systems while imposing minimal load on production systems. To do this efficiently we are building systems that use techniques such as incremental data capture, log parsing, etc. We are looking for engineers who continue to be hands on and are looking to make a large impact on an important problem for the company.

Lead and support Oracle cloud ERP/EPM implementation and enhancements in the book to cash cycle.

Who you are:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent related professional experience.


8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Financials (R12 and Cloud ) in a complex, multinational environment.


At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.


Strong functional experience in implementations and enhancements in the book to cash cycle, particularly around Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes with knowledge of GAAP Accounting.


Strong experience in AR and GL modules


Experience analyzing data and translating business requirements into technical specifications


Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.


Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.


Outstanding communication skills, critical thinking, capable of communicating ideas and opportunities to other business systems analysts and finance personnel


Strong Solutioning capabilities and accounting Knowledge

Design, develop, test, and implement customizations, enhancements, extensions, and integrations across Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials)

Who you are:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent related professional experience.


8+ years of professional experience and must have worked on at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion Implementation Projects.


Expertise in OIC Integrations, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI and FBDI imports for Oracle Fusion ERP.


Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud architecture and modules.


Proficient in Oracle database skills including SQL, PL/SQL packages, cursors, and procedures.


Strong knowledge of integrating with Web Services, XML, and other APIs for data transfer, extraction, and transformation.


Solid understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture


Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and its use with Oracle Fusion APIs.

Overview

Designs, develops and troubleshoots software programs for computer based systems.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software to meet requirements
  • Design and develop test automation code
  • Complete well-defined, complex program changes
  • Perform basic analysis and design for clearly defined requirements
  • Contribute to estimates required for user stories based on business requirements, specifications and designs.
  • Comply with and contribute to SDLC standards and CD/CI procedures to ensure consistency
  • Monitor progress against task estimates to provide status
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications across environments
  • Maintain existing code base, monitoring for failures in non-prod environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of experience in Related field and experience using one or more programming language(s).
  • 1 year of experience in Oracle CX-Fusion CPQ/OCC/OIC/OSS
  • 1 year of experience in JavaScript, React.js Redux/Redux Saga UX development frameworks
  • Java using SpringBoot development framework
  • GIT Flow or similar source control management
  • Build automation SDLC technology such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Python using Robot Framework for building automation tests

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $75,530-$118,690 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
