- Supports business data experts on select data repositories and provides support for project implementations and modifications impacting data repositories.
- Develops and maintains current knowledge of assigned business areas, Mutual of Omaha practices, the insurance industry, and the business and technical environment.

Summary:
Seeking a senior mobile application developer to work the design, development and maintenance of Android and iPhone applications. Will work with team through entire application lifecycle from concept stage until delivery and post launch support. Applications will be mainly content based and integrated closely with the web services.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with other mobile application developers
- Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
- Working with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and release mobile products
- Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
- Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects
- Working along w/the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the mobile applications

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Will Have Knowledge & Experience w/ the Following:
- Proven commercial software development experience 6+ yrs. – web and mobile
- Deployed one or more financial mobile applications on Google Play or App Store
- Fluency in multiple programming languages-such as Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery Mobile, Objective-C, Xcode
- Experience of development using web technologies
- Experience practicing agile development methodologies like Scrum
- Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and usability design principles
- Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
- Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design decision
- Ability to multi task and good time management skills
- Excellent scoping and estimation skills
- Excellent testing/ QA skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with various departments locally and internationally
Education/Experience
Four year college degree and 4 or more years professional experience or 6 or more years professional experience is required. Some experience in OO development, J2EE (JSP, JMS, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, etc.) XML, is preferred. Candidates should have hands-on, object oriented development experience as well as with Java. A Computer related BS is preferred. Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred.

The SabreSonic Load Manager Development Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of SabreSonic Load Manager, an aircraft weight & balance product. Load Manager is part of the Departure Control Systems suite and is used by airlines to control how passengers, their bags and cargo is loaded on to an airplane in a safe and secure manner ensuring that the aircraft stays within its center of gravity limits. The product is a flight safety critical system and needs the highest level of development quality to be maintained at all times. With a large customer base, Load Manager is in use at many airlines around the world and enables them to carry out their operations in a safe and efficient manner. SabreSonic Load Manager is a desktop application written in Visual C++ with Java based backend integration components on the Windows platform.

Product Engineer
Building solutions that reward our customers, and theirs.
As a web product engineer at TSYS Loyalty, you’ll have the opportunity to work on our industry-leading multi-tenant loyalty engine, API’s, Web and Mobile applications and supporting libraries. Expect to work at all levels of the software stack from user interface design to data processing, and even app infrastructure. Our systems are automated and modern, employing the latest mobile, web, database and general programming technologies. A sample project might include:
Fleshing out the flow and layout of a responsive mobile web page
Introducing a javascript/SVG library to achieve an animated effect such as a graph
Building out web controllers and services to support the page flow
Developing DAO’s and SQL to interface with the data tier
Constructing unit tests to ensure it works as designed
You should apply if you:
Love to develop software
Have experience with some of the tools we use like Javascript, Bootstrap, backbone.js, Java, Eclipse, Oracle, Spring, python, Saltstack (or puppet)
Enjoy versatility in your projects and can easily pickup new technologies as needed
Are willing to pick up the slack, and do less glamorous work for the benefit of the team

Four year college degree and 4 or more years professional experience or 6 or more years professional experience is required. Experience in Application Development
